IPE WOOD REGULATIONS

At its 19th meeting (CoP 19, Panama, November 14-25, 2022), the Conference of the Parties to CITES decided to include 3 tree genera known by the common name of ipés in Appendix II of the Convention. Specifically, these are the genera Tabebuia (110 species), Handroanthus (39 species) and Roseodendron (2 species). This entry is accompanied by annotation #17.
